*This Breathwork class is different than a slow breathing meditation class, pranayama you may have done in yoga, or techniques like Wim Hof.⁣⁣

*This class offers the addition of light language to aid and assist your healing, return to love, and help you remember who you are on a soul level.

Light Language is a sacred and ancient form of communication that bypasses the conscious mind and speaks directly to the soul, nervous system, and the cells in your body so that quantum healing (self-healing) can take place. It can clear energetic blockages, restore sacred life force energy and vitality, and help you remember who you are on a soul level. Imagine that as you breathe during this class, you'll receive healing not only from your own breath, but also from a channeled transmission of light, from the highest source of unconditional love to aid your sacred process.

How To Best Prepare For The Class:⁣⁣

- Dress in loose, comfortable clothing for breathing.

- Set up your space: Remove distractions and make sure you have a quiet space where you can lie down undisturbed for the duration of the class. (yoga mat, floor, couch, bed, etc.)

Bring:

- A pillow & blanket

- Journal & pen⁣

- Headphones for best sound quality

- An eye cover (eye mask, scarf, or rolled up T- shirt) to help minimize any light and deepen your experience.⁣

- Water

- Optional - Anything that feels good inviting warmth into your space (tea, candle, flowers, crystals etc.)

What to Expect During Class:

- Be guided thorugh a brief intro meditation to come home to the present moment, connect to your body and open the space with intention.

- Be guided through a breath demo, learn the technique and what to expect during the breathwork journey itself. Have the opportunity to ask any questions before we begin. Be invited to reflect on what you're ready to let go of (ex. people pleasing, overwhelm, feeling depleted, being hard on yourself, etc.) and what you're ready to welcome in more of (ex. freedom, levity, calm, inner peace, being kind to oneself).

- Transition to lying down, be guided through a brief relaxing meditation.

- Begin the RESET Breath with my guidance every step of the way. Receive light language sprinkled in along the way, and channeled guidance.

- After the breathing, there will be time for rest and integration, and an optional open floor to share your experience if you desire.
